- Phase 3: Weight loss stabilization. You will re-introduce moderate amounts of healthy fats and carbohydrates to your diet for 14 days (in the morning only).
- Phase 4: You will begin applying the smarter eating education taught by your personal weight loss coach. This knowledge will assist you in making smarter lifestyle choices after dieting.

At the beginning of your program you will receive a 1:1 coaching session with Deborah Spence, owner of Ideal Weight Management Cochrane. Deborah is a Certified Executive Coach and accredited in Stop Emotional Eating™ and Building Personal Resilience™. The purpose of this coaching session is to clarify your goal and your ‘why’ – setting the stage for your success. Joining the session will be your assigned Ideal Protein Coach. Your coach will meet with you weekly, will be your educator throughout the 4 phases of the program, and will be your accountability partner.

Ideal Protein Fitness – Your Personal Fitness Coach
Ideal Protein Fitness is a video-based program featuring postural and corrective exercises specifically geared towards those who have experienced weight gain. The program can be integrated into any phase and will help prepare for a more active way of life in the Ideal Lifestyle Approach to Maintenance.
The program includes 52 weekly challenges which unlock a series of exercise videos that should be followed at least 3 times a week.
COOKING GREAT FOOD and STAY ON PROGRAM
We have also engaged Chef Verati to teach you how to make meals that are bursting with flavour, require limited preparation, ready in minutes and are all allowable on the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method.
