Through our years of experience we have learned that many people start the program with good intentions that over time give way to small and then larger deviations. We have determined that there is a ‘MISSING X FACTOR’ that is overlooked in weight loss programs. The missing factor – our emotions and our emotional relationship to food. Under stress many people reach for food for comfort and that can undermine even the best of intentions to stay on program.
This fall Deborah Spence will be offering both group and 1:1 coaching programs to help you Stop Emotional Eating™ by teaching you how to identify emotional triggers, diffuse their impact, and move you to an emotional state where you can make healthier choices. This is a 6 week program – the minimum time required to make a sustainable change – with a follow-up at 12 weeks. Success in making this shift requires a 15 minute commitment from you daily.
