Phase 1: Weight Loss

The Weight Loss Phase is specifically designed to promote fat loss by inducing ketosis, a natural state in which the body uses stored fat as its primary energy source by limiting carbohydrate intake. You will continue in Phase 1 until your desired weight loss goal is achieved.

After achieving weight loss, many struggle as the body naturally craves more calories, making weight maintenance challenging.

In Phase 2, we gradually reintroduce carbohydrates and healthy fats. This teaches you how to live your day-to-day life while still maintaining your weight loss.

With your coach, we closely monitor your body's physical and emotional responses, allowing us to determine your personalized Macro Code. This represents the ideal balance of protein, fat, and net carbs servings your metabolism requires to maintain weight and support long-term success.

Phase 2 includes:

  • Testing your initial macro code until you feel satisfied and in the driver's seat.

  • Up to two meal replacements per day

  • Weekly one-on-one coaching

  • Personalized meal plans

  • Primary care provider communication (if applicable)

  • Weekly progress reports

Typically, Phase 2 lasts between 2-8 weeks.

Phase 3: Maintenance
